Fandi Mata to Pop Up in Catskills' Hotel Lilien

Little Oaxaca, Fandi Mata’s dynamic mezcaleria located on its mezzanine level, is bringing its innovative mezcal-centric cocktails and menu of vibrant Mexican-inspired bar-bites to newly opened Catskills hotel Hotel Lilien for a weekend-long fiesta on Friday, February 4th and Saturday, February 5th.
Mixologist Milos Zica will be slinging some of the mezcaleria’s staple tipples, including the Sabrosa (Ojo De Tigre mezcal, homemade pineapple-cinnamon syrup, Ancho Reyes Verde, fresh citrus, Sal De Gusano dusted rim); the Espressito (Ojo De Tigre mezcal, homemade orgeat, fresh espresso, grated mexican chocolate); the Palomita Picante; Ojo de tigre mezcal, homemade grapefruit cordial, fresh citrus, mineral water, chipotle/tajin rim) and more.
In addition, there will be a line-up of bar-bites, crafted by Fandi Mata’s Executive Chef Sung Park, such as a zingy ceviche, melt-in-your-mouth pork carnitas, and a fragrant guacamole.
The pop-up will run from 5pm-10pm each evening, and no tickets are required.
