Figure Eight and The Noortwyck Team Up for Special Pastry Collab

Figure Eight, the New-American-Chinese restaurant in the West Village from the team behind Silver Apricot, is collaborating with The Noortwyck on a special pastry tower available during Figure Eight’s afternoon tea service on June 1st and June 2nd.
The afternoon tea service menu from executive chef Calvin Hwang and pastry chef Janice Sung will feature the classic bottomless finger sandwiches (Ginger-Scallion Soy Poached Chicken, Corned Beef Egg & Cheese, Shrimp Toast, etc.), a selection from 12+ imported teas.
The rotating pastry town from From Ileene Cho (right) of The Noortwyck includes Cranberry White Chocolate Scone; Cinnamon Roll with Mascarpone Glaze; and Chocolate Cream Puff with Barley and Lapsang. This limited edition tea service is offered at a fixed price of $98 dollars per person, with reservations available via Resy.
