Forts Ferry Farm Pop-Up Dinner at Jaffa

Emma Hearst, the James Beard Award-nominated chef, cookbook author, and founder of Forts Ferry Farm, will be hosting a dinner pop-up at Jaffa, the buzzy Cocktail & Raw Bar from acclaimed chef Michael Solomonov this Wednesday evening (7/24) from 6-9PM.

Emma is joining the Jaffa team to offer unique specials inspired by her most recent cookbook, Flavors From The Farm, that highlight seasonal cooking and the best produce from the farm. The following specials will available to order alongside vegetable forward cocktails, and other beloved Jaffa classics:

• Focaccia with zaatar and seasonal farm vegetables, served with a farm honey dip

• Sungold Tomato & Brown Butter Hummus served with house-made laffa bread

• Le Grand Aioli served with farm crudites, shrimp cocktail, and chilled king card with chermoula

Emma will be on-site for the evening to chat about her most recent cookbook, and all things food, farming, and fun – reservations available via Resy.
