Angelina Bakery has officially opened at 7 Times Square, bringing its signature Italian-Asian fusion—and a whole lot of cream-filled joy—to the heart of Midtown.
Known for its bombolone (Italian filled doughnuts), freshly made in-house each morning, the new location is helmed by owner Diane Ahn, who celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting and a large crowd of fans and foodies.
“Angelina Bakery is known for bombolone, which is an Italian doughnut filled with cream,” Ahn shared. “We are one of the few bakeries that make our own cream in the kitchen every morning... I think that’s why we have repeat customers for the fresh Italian doughnuts.”
Flavors include Nutella, Pistachio, Chantilly Cream, Strawberry Cream, and the indulgent Mont Blanc (half Nutella, half Chantilly).
But don’t skip the savory side. “I had a special chef just to make pizza,” Ahn said proudly. “I’m very proud of our pizza. Our pizza is doing very well.” And it’s easy to see why—with pies like Prosciutto & Arugula, Capricciosa, and Pepperoni & Jalapeño, only available at this Times Square location.

Angelina Bakery was founded by Tony Park, who is of Korean descent but was born in Palermo, Italy, and raised by an Italian family from a young age. His culinary journey began in Sicily, inspired by his grandmother Giuliana “Anna,” who taught him how to cook and bake. The bakery is named in honor of his daughter, Angelina.
Along with pizza and bomboloni, the menu features croissants, focaccia, fresh pasta, and a lineup of colorful gelato in flavors like Pistacchio, Ferrero Rocher, Mango, Gianduia, and White Chocolate Raspberry.
Also on offer: whole cakes (Strawberry, Oreo Cheesecake, Hazelnut), cannoli, tarts, and dreamy mousse desserts—like Tiramisu, Lemon, and Raspberry & Pistachio.
With its blend of Italian heritage and modern flair, Angelina Bakery Times Square is already proving to be a sweet new addition to the city’s most iconic intersection.
