GG Tokyo is hosting a sushi class with Hibiki Japanese whiskey tasting on Wednesday, 1/11, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.
Chef Bryce Shuman (Sweetbriar, Eleven Madison Park and Betony) will lead the class on various types of sushi techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to be hands on and try their skills on making some sushi such as Maki Rolls, Osaka Style Box Sushi, Nigiri. At the same time head bartender Sasa Radovanovic (formerly of Schilling NYC and Paul’s Casablanca) will lead a Hibiki Whisky tasting and cocktail demonstration.
The event is priced at $75 a person and tickets are available on Tock.
