Giorgio Ceciarelli is the cofounder of Guest, a new concept in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood tucked away in a landmark building on the corner of Broadway & Bleecker. Ceciarelli grew up in the restaurant biz working alongside his father at restaurants, Coal Fired Pizza and Solo Trattoria, in Freehold, New Jersey. He later honed his skills at NYC’s Pasquale Jones before returning to New Jersey to open La Lupa Trattoria in Manalapan with his brother and childhood friend. Together, they received high marks for their Roman style cooking.

At Guest, Ceciarelli, who serves as Executive Chef, is teaming up with Chef De Cuisine Nayely Castillo, and Executive Pastry Chef Aurora Torrado. The restaurant is opening in waves with coffee and pastries, and dynamic brunch to start, followed by sophisticated dinner and nightlife offerings this fall.

Ceciarelli says he’s relying on an ever-evolving, impulsive “chaos menu,” a style of cooking first displayed in The Bear Season 2 where Carmy and Sydney served up diverse dishes based off of their personal experiences and passions.

“We are beyond excited to open Guest, partnering with brilliant minds in the hospitality industry,” said Ceciarelli. “It's been a journey of hard work, and I'm so grateful for this opportunity to share our passion with the world

Visitors to Guest will find a sexy bar with lots of floral elements, café style seating with marble tabletops and minimalist black and white table settings. Outside, lush greenery steals the show, including a full-size orange tree.

Guest is located at 643 Broadway, New York, New York. Reservations via Resy. For more information, visit guestnewyork.com
