Happy Tuna to Open Dine-in Eatery Near Grand Central Station

Happy Tuna, which has been showcasing a revolutionary take on sushi pick-up and delivery with a fusion of tradition and technology, will open their first dine-in restaurant at 380 Lexington Avenue on Tuesday, August 12.
The 40-seat restaurant, from the team behind Momoya SoHo, will be open daily from 8am until 10pm, featuring Japanese breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offerings will include sushi, nigiri, rolls, sashimi, onigiri, and crispy rice as well as an extensive grab-n-go wall with Japanese sandwiches. The restaurant will also serve beer, wine, sake, and cocktails.
In addition, the restaurant’s expert pastry team will offer a large array of handcrafted pastries, including Pistachio Paris Brest, Kabocha Chiffon Cake, Matcha Yuzu Kolache with Citrus Crumble, Kuri MontBlanc and much more.
