Hard Rock Hotel NY Debuts Refreshed RT60 Rooftop Bar and Lounge

Just in time for summer, RT60, the rooftop bar on the 34th floor of the Hard Rock Hotel in NYC is offering a refreshed menu including crushable cocktails and an exciting lineup of live music.
The cocktail menu is divided into three categories: Relaxed Sips, A Little More Nuance and Zero Proof. Look for new takes on classics like the RT Paper Plane (Great Jones Bourbon, Nonino Amaro, Aperol, Lemon) and The Hemingway (Havana Club Rum, Grapefruit, Lime).
Other offerings include Hot N’ Bothered (Volcan Tequila, Green Chartreuse, Lime) and “Zero Proof” options like Love Buzz (Sparkling Hibiscus Rose Water).
To complement the cocktail program, guests will find a selection of snacks as well as larger plates like Beef Bourguignon on Sourdough and Tempura Fish n Chips with Koji mayo.
