If you are looking for a classic Thanksgiving Pie with an ice cream twist, Look no further than Morganstern’s which is serving up some serious holiday treats.
Morgenstern’s Autumn pie selection includes:
Pork Lard Apple Pie.
Made with granny smith apples, and a pork lard crust (not kosher). Suggested ice cream is Bourbon Vanilla
Burnt Sage Ice Cream Pie
Burnt Sage Ice cream, Chocolate Dip, Chocolate Crust
Lemon Merengue Pie
A Frozen American Classic with Lemon Curd ice cream in a graham cracker crust, with toasted meringue
Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Pie
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ice Cream, Chocolate Crust, with a Whipped Cream Top
Other offerings include Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, and Bourbon Pecan Pie with prices ranging from $42 to $52 each. All pie orders must be placed 48 hours in advance online for pick up from their shop at 88 West Houston Street.
