Hortus NYC Unveils 7 New Lunch Options

Located in NYC’s trendy Nomad neighborhood, Hortus is now offering a total of seven Asian-inspired lunch specials by Chef Geo Park (formerly of Michelin-starred Jua). Dishes include Spicy Korean Pork Belly with seasonal ceviche, nokdu-stick and fried calamari as well as Miso Marinated Cod; Hamachi (yellowtail); and Sea Urchin Donabe, with Nori puree, ikura, cured egg yolk and truffle. All of the specials include a side of rice and seasonal vegetables.
