Hortus NYC Unveils its New Bar Menu

Hortus NYC, the stylish modern Asian restaurant located in NoMad has launched a unique Bar Menu consisting of Asian-inspired dishes with a Western twist. The menu designed by Managing Partner Suhum Jung (Daniel, Jungsik) and Executive Chef Geo Park (Michelin-starred Jua) adds a new dimension to the restaurant, making it a destination for not only a hearty meal but also for a smaller bite.

Featured dishes include Steak & Shishito Pepper, made with house-made lemon soy and crispy garlic chips; Fried Calamari and Nokdu Sticks, with mung beans, kimchi, and house soy sauce; Chicken Sausage & Cheese with pickled mustard seed and green and red aioli; and Korea-Galbi Chicken Wings

To drink, Hortus NYC offers low-ABV cocktails such as the Piña, with Jinro, lime, mint, chipotle pineapple chip, as well as the Oolong High, containing Oolong tea, soju, lemon, and cane sugar. Unique to Hortus NYC is the Hortus Pour, which offers a premium red, white, or sparkling wine by the glass at a discounted price.
