Get ready for the ultimate Cinco de Mayo and Kentucky Derby party at the 11th Annual Cinco de Derby at PHD Rooftop in Dream Downtown. Look for a day filled with delicious drinks, live entertainment, and exciting surprises Saturday, May 6th. Put on your best Derby attire or colorful outfits and come enjoy everything from margaritas to mint juleps. This year, PHD Rooftop is partnering with Birddogs to make the event even more epic. Starting at 2pm, kick off the party with a complimentary bar until 3pm, while our live DJ keeps the music pumping and our live entertainment keeps you entertained. Multiple TVs will be set up to catch all the action of the Kentucky Derby, so you don't miss a single moment. Plus, there will be swag and surprises to keep you moving all the way through sunset.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Bosco with food and drink specials at this playful craft cocktail bar featuring Latin-American inspired street food crafted by award-winning chef Dominick Lee and Kevin Doherty. For Cinco de Mayo, Bosco is offering Five Dollar Guac; Five Dollar Tacos (two per order); 5 Dollar Quesadillas; 5 Dollar Montepolio can and draft; 5 Dollar De Nada Margarita Shots, 10 Dollar De Nada Margaritas; and 10 Dollar De Nada Palamo. Bosco will also be featuring live DJ performances from 5:00 pm until 2:00 am.

Tampico Tequila Bar is offering a menu inspired by traditional Mexican taquerias and NYC food trucks along with live music performances comprising a mariachi band; DJ performances, piñatas and exciting giveaways for guests. Tampico’s vibe is energetic with the space adorned with vibrant Mexican inspired colors, flora and vacation party vibes that evokes the feeling of never wanting an experience to end, as they say in Mexico, “Sin Prisa,” which means “no rush.” Specials include Bone Marrow Tostada ($15); Shrimp Ceviche ($10); Carne Arsada Tacos ($6); as well as small bites such as Elotes and Esquites ($7). Bar Cima is marking Cinco de Mayo with sizzling NYC views from its sophisticated and seductive rooftop tequileria led by consulting master mezcalier Courtenay Greenleaf. Perched 28th floors atop the Grayson Hotel, visitors will find a vibrant space boasting breathtaking views of the Empire State Building and both the East and Hudson Rivers. There will be plenty of festive craft margaritas to sip on, including frozen seasonal options, as well as, Latin-inspired cocktails.

TLK is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with its Mezcal Margarita and Frozen Mezcal Margarita. Served in a slender tiki mug, the Mezcal Margarita combines Del Maguey mezcal, Thai basil puree and lime for a perfect balance between smoky and sweet. The frozen version comes in a rocks glass with a dehydrated orange garnish. A destination for gluten free Asian cooking for vegans and omnivores alike, TLK keeps its gluten free commitment with cocktails using only gluten-free spirits.

Fonda is offering the 'Ultimate Cinco Hangover Brunch' on May 6th & 7th with a breakfast nacho special and a bloody Maria. The Breakfast Nacho features crispy tortilla chips layered with chorizo, black bean, Chihuahua cheese, scrambled eggs, cilantro, cream, pickled jalapeños, salsa verde, and pasilla de Oaxaca salsa. The Bloody Maria is made with José Cuervo tequila, lime juice, homemade bloody maria mix (tomato juice, salsa Valentina, Worcestershire, black pepper, salt, orange juice), tajin, with cucumbers and olives to garnish.

El Fish Marisqueria, the Mexican-influenced seafood spot on the Upper West Side. from Chef Julian Medina and Restaurateur Louis Skibar of Toloache Group is celebrating Cinco de Mayo. El Fish is offering a special menu, available from this Thursday, May 4th through May 6th, with dishes like Toro Tostada -- tuna belly, ginger-soy, ramp salsa, and yuzu kosho -- or Fajitas Norteñas -- Dry aged prime NY strip, fajita peppers, sea urchin butter, and tortillas -- along with craft cocktails, like the Marea, made with Del maguey mezcal, agavero, purple corn reduction, and lime.

Tacombi is hosting its annual Cinco de Mayo funraiser on Thursday, March 5 with 100% of the proceeds from all orders (in-store at 15 locations in NYC, DC and Miami and on the Tacombi app and website) going to The Tacombi Foundation, feeding people in the local community who are facing food insecurity. To date, they have raised $320,000 and through ongoing initiatives over the past three years, while donating more than 600,000 meals to neighbors in need.
