INDAY Opens Flagship Restaurant at Rock Center

INDAY has opened its flagship location at 30 Rock. It is the largest restaurant to date with an expansive menu, full cafe (chai bar & other steamed beverages), plus a grab-go pastry program.

Look for curries and bowls made with lean proteins like chickpeas and black lentils as well as chicken, salmon and shrimp, cooked with immunity-boosting spices. Highlights include Darjeeling Chickpeas, slow-cooked tea-soaked chickpeas with green chili and cilantro finished with a hint of balsamic; and Chicken Tikka Masala 'Pyaaz' with tandoor-grilled chicken in our rustic tomato gravy.

Cocktails include a Spicy Mango Margarita with chili infused tequila, Malabar Martini with house-made coconut infused vodka and Ethiopian coffee, and Pineapple Rump Punch.
