Get your stretchy pants ready — Smorgasburg is back, baby.

NYC’s favorite food frenzy returns this weekend to kick off its 15th season, and it's bigger, bolder, and more delicious than ever. Starting Friday, April 4, the open-air feast will pop up at the World Trade Center, followed by Saturday in Williamsburg and Sunday in Prospect Park — each day running from 11 AM to 6 PM.

This year, more than 70 vendors are on deck, including 20+ new food slingers ready to blow your taste buds into next week. From ooey-gooey desserts to street food with global flair, the newcomers are coming in hot — and we’ve got the inside scoop.

Among the can't-miss debuts:

chipPOW!: Serving crunchy fried chicken sandwiches with freshly made chips on top and on top — it’s the snack-on-snack bite you never knew you needed.

Baonanas: Say hello to your new dessert addiction — Filipino-style banana pudding with mousse so fluffy it might just float away.

Culto Italiano: Slinging Neapolitan pies with dough that dreams are made of.

B&E Fish and Chips: British-style battered fish and hand-cut fries with NYC edge — your cheat day just found its purpose.

BOYsalad: A bold tale on the classic Caesar salad. Think farm-fresh ingredients and a dressing that deserves its own fan club.

Pastrami Underground: Pastrami with 40 years of deli experience surfaces — and it’s making waves.

PIG ME UP: Thai street food that pulls no punches. Bold, spicy, and straight-up addictive.

Wakari Tea: Luxe matcha and rare global teas because even your tea deserves a taste of luxury.

Looking for a sugar rush? Try Dragon Lulu’s hand-pulled dragon beard candy, Chocolate on Tap’s molten drizzle masterpieces, or MARBRÉ’s delicate organic French madeleines. Prefer savory? Don’t sleep on Musubin’ for modern onigiri, or Coco Bred, bringing handheld Jamaican heat.

The Migrant Kitchen, meanwhile, is dishing up Middle Eastern–Latin mashups with proceeds helping food-insecure New Yorkers.

Bottom line: If it’s bold, craveable, or trending on TikTok, it’s probably at Smorgasburg. Let the food games begin!
