For decades, a core part of Ace Hotel’s creative (and industry-leading) DNA has been to foster community inside its own social spaces, including lobbies. Ace Hotel has done this in so many ways – from offering intimate, friendly local bars and coffee shops to hosting up-and-coming artists to rotating art installations free to the public.

Intentionally designed to be public spaces where the community can congregate, both lobbies at Ace Hotel Brooklyn and Ace Hotel New York are energetic spaces where locals and guests alike can work, hold meetings, have drinks or enjoy a fun night out. Each offering its own unique culinary programs.

At Ace Hotel Brooklyn, beloved Chef-Partner Camille Becerra (formerly of De Maria and Navy) has revamped the bar menu to bring a fun, modern take on bar food that pairs well with cocktails, wine and beer. New menu items include Vegan Nachos with cashew cheese, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo; Cheesy Kimchi Toast; Chicken Nuggets with plum katsu sauce; and BK Sliders with fries, among others. With over 25 years of industry experience, Chef Becerra has long been adored for her bright, creative and soulful cooking.

The lobby at Ace Hotel New York remains a popular gathering spot for more than a decade. The hotel is home to Koloman, the critically acclaimed restaurant from Chef Markus Glocker, which opened last year.

At Lobby Bar, Markus created a menu that is a natural extension of Koloman's Parisian-and-Viennese-inspired cooking that is fun, accessible, and easy to share while also being substantial enough for a proper meal, and featuring the same high-quality ingredients and craft as Koloman.
