Isaac Mizrahi to Join Broadway’s Chicago

Fashion icon and entertainer Isaac Mizrahi will play Amos Hart in the long-running Broadway musical “Chicago” from Monday, November 7 through Saturday, November 26 at the Ambassador Theatre.
The musical, which is directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking, has a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. It is the winner of six Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical.
Mizrahi has worked extensively in the fashion and entertainment industries for over 30 years. He is the subject and co-creator of “Unzipped,” a documentary which received an award at the Sundance Film Festival, hosted seven seasons of “The Isaac Mizrahi Show,” and has performed at Café Carlyle, Joe’s Pub and The McCarter Theatre.
