Isla & Co, which has locations in Williamsburg, Midtown Manhattan and in Fairfield, has launched a charitable cocktail series where 50 percent of their profits from the sale of a special charity cocktail will support a new non-profit every month.
The inaugural charity cocktail is ‘Sunrise to Sunset,’ which was chosen by John Friia, the popular influencer behind @HereinNYC. The drink, which was created with the help of Parched Hospitality Group's Beverage Director Jeremy Ortiz, is made with passion fruit, lime, dry vermouth and vodka. Proceeds from sales of the drink will help support the non-profit Live Out Loud, which is dedicated to supporting and inspiring LGBTQ+ youth.
