KABIN, a new Scandinavian-inspired bar nestled in the heart of Hudson Square at 300 Spring St, is set to elevate New York City's cocktail scene with its KABIN Fever guest bartender series. Designed to showcase unique talent and innovative cocktail culture, this series invites acclaimed bartenders from around the country to create unforgettable experiences for guests.

Upcoming KABIN Fever events include:

November 19th: Nick Hogan from Mover & Shaker Co. brings his expertise from Jacksonville, FL, where he merges hospitality trends with pop culture and cocktail culture. The evening will feature cocktails sponsored by Aperol, Wild Turkey 101, and Grand Marnier.

December 10th: Award-winning mixologist Graham Essex from Gibson’s Italia joins the lineup. A spirits judge for the Beverage Testing Institute, he will craft cocktails supported by Heaven Hill Brands.

January 14th: Andi Burrows, formerly of Nubeluz, and Jasmine Abdulaziz, head bartender at Zaytinya NoMad, will take the stage. They will present a night of bespoke cocktail pairings, sponsored by Misguided Spirits.

KABIN, open Tuesday through Saturday, focuses on incorporating Scandinavian ingredients like sea buckthorn and lingonberry into its cocktail offerings, along with a menu of comforting Nordic fare.
