KATHLEEN CHALFANT TO STAR IN ''THE YEAR OF MAGICAL THINKING''

Keen Company continues the 2020-’21 Season with the benefit broadcast of “The Year of Magical Thinking,” starring Kathleen Chalfant and directed by Jonathan Silverstein. This livestreamed video performance will premiere on Saturday, March 13th at 7pm and remain available through Wednesday, March 17th at 7pm.
Adapted from Joan Didion's award-winning best-selling memoir, this one-woman show explores the author's poignant journey of grief following concurrent and tragic personal events.
Chalfant won the Obie, the Drama Desk, the Lucille Lortel and the Outer Critics Circle Award for her work in “Wit.” Her many other theatrical credits include “Angels in America,” “Racing Demon,” “Talking Heads” and “Dead Man’s Cell Phone.”
This one-night only event will feature an exclusive talkback after the show with the artists. Benefit tickets are $25 and are available at www.keencompany.org.
