Kinn is among the most popular vendor stalls at the distinctive Olly Olly Market in Chelsea, regularly selling out its menu. The Kinn menu tells the story of one family’s culinary adventure in recipes whose pure flavors are true to their cherished origins. The founders of Kinn celebrate their Grandma Yaa’s most treasured recipes, including some exciting new additions to their menu.
As in most Thai home kitchens, Grandma Yaa’s wok was one of her most relied-upon tools, and thus Kinn offers some truly exceptional stir-fry dishes, as well as fried rice selections such as the new Khao Kruk Kapi (Shrimp Paste Fried Rice with Candied Pork Belly, Fried Dried Shrimp, Diced Long Beans, Sour Mango, Shallots, Egg, Thai Chili, Lime.
Vegetarians will feel blessed by Grandma Yaa’s presence in her Pad Ma Kuer, stir-fried eggplant, tofu, basil, Thai chilies, holy basil and garlic; and Pad Kana, stir-fried Chinese broccoli, or stir-fried long beans, both made with special Kinn stir-fry sauce, garlic and ginger. Traditional Som Tum Thai (Papaya Salad) is available in large or small servings with poached shrimp available as a special addition.
In addition to Thai beverages and a curated selection of packaged snacks and sweets (at the "Kinn-Venience" counter), Kinn now offers a curated selection of natural and biodynamic wines that complement the complex flavors of Kinn's dishes.
