WHITE OLIVE

White Olive, the Mediterranean kitchen in midtown will be open for Christmas Eve and Day offering selections on their menu like White Olive Spicy Ezme, handmade cut tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, green apple, walnut, pomegranate and jalapeno; Red Snapper, lightly fried on a bed of mixed greens Shrimp Gnocchi with sundried tomatoes, fresh beans and a red pepper sauce and Baby Lamb Chops with seasonal vegetable and lemon potatoes. For dessert opt for the Baklava Ice Cream Sandwiches.

HORTUS

Hortus NYC is offering a celebratory Christmas Eve menu featuring the HORTUS Royal Platter, consisting of chilled lobster tail, tuna tataki, and shrimp cocktail, as well as the Truffle Ribeye-Cap with black bean puree, portobello mushroom, and pickled red cabbage Other options include fan-favorite King Crab Noodle, fettuccine with mala cream sauce, shallot, and scallion, along with one entrée, like Truffle Donabe with wild mushrooms, cured egg yolk, and black truffle or the Korean BBQ Feast featuring prime center ribeye, smoked duck, broiled lobster tail with house-made ssamjang and special sides.

SHOTA OMAKASE

Shota Omakase, the Edomae-style omakase experience in Williamsburg led by sushi chef veteran, Cheng Lin (Sushi Seki, Blue Ribbon, ITO Tribeca) will be open for Christmas Eve. The restaurant spotlights an 18-course experience including Botan Ebi, spot prawn from Vancouver with SanbaiZu jelly and golden ossetra caviar and Sawara, seared Spanish mackerel from Fukuoka Japan, homemade citrus miso and pickled cucumber. This is followed by the nigiri courses like blue fin fatty tuna.

FOSSETTA

Savor the dynamic flavors of the sea this Christmas Eve by indulging in a prix fixe Feast of Seven Fishes at the Lower East Side’s newest premier dining destination, Fossetta. Menu offerings include Parsley and Anchovy toast made with house focaccia and fresno chili, mains including Lobster risotto paired with sea urchin and saffron, and to top off the meal, desserts including Chocolate Budino served with seafoam toffee and whipped creme fraiche.

LES JARDINIER

In celebration of the holidays, Le Jardinier will be offering a three-course prix fixe Christmas Eve menu from 5:00-8:30pm for $195 per person. Menu highlights include starters such as hiramasa with avocado mousse, winter citrus and royal kaluga caviar, a selection of main dishes such as tea spiced Long Island duck served alongside roasted salsify and confit kumquats, and to top off the meal, a black forest ornament dessert which entails vanilla chantilly, kirsch macerated cherry and chocolate cremeux.

SAINT THEO’S

Enjoy the best of Venetian cuisine with all of Saint Theo’s menu items available throughout the holidays. Those looking for a traditional dining experience can indulge in hearty, warming classics like Stracciatella, Ragu Bianco and Chicken Diavolo for two. The vibrant 110-seat space will boast festive holiday decor and offer a place for guests to gather with friends and family with a list of specialty cocktails, Italian wines or refreshing mocktails.

THE WALL STREET HOTEL

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the hotel’s hallmark restaurant led by the Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, La Marchande, delights the palate with prix-fixe menus featuring classic festive flavors while adding a modern twist, such as roasted chestnut soup, herb roasted prime rib roast, bûche de Noël and more. La Marchande Christmas Feast is $105 per person.

CHEZ FRANCIS

On Christmas Eve, the restaurant will be serving a prix-fixe menu for $120/person reminiscent of a cozy holiday evening in Paris, as well as an a la carte menu. Guests can indulge in and enjoy traditional French starters like La Mousse, La Poulpe or L’Escargot with mushrooms and white truffle, followed by La Courge with butternut squash, veloute and toasted pumpkin seeds. For dinner, folks can choose between Le Fletan and L’Agneau and top the night off with La Buche de Noel or La Foret Noire for dessert.

ALICE

Alice is a lively Italian restaurant in the heart of the West Village. For Christmas Eve this year, in addition to their a la carte menu, they will be serving a number of specials including red shrimp carpaccio; lobster and burrata topped with caviar; wild scallops served with butternut squash, braised leeks and pickled mushrooms; lobster risotto; and Tagliolini topped with shaved white truffles. OSTERIA 57

Osteria 57, West Village’s preeminent Italian restaurant will celebrate Christmas Eve with numerous dishes inspired by the Italian-American Feast of the Seven Fishes tradition. In addition to its expansive menu celebrating Italy’s coastal cuisine, Chef Riccardo Orfino has created a variety of specials including the Fuseli Seven Fishes for Two, Linguini Lobster and Black Truffle, Ravioli Alle Erbette and the Tardivo Radicchio.


AS YOU ARE

Enjoy Dim Sum for Christmas Day at As You Are (12/25) at the Brooklyn Ace Hotel. On Christmas Day, As You Are will be offering a Dim Sum Christmas Dinner, from 5:30-10PM. The menu will feature a spread of Dim Sum in addition to dishes from chef-partner Camille Becerra, including Five-Spice Duck Legs, Veggie Pancakes, Cold Sesame Noodles, Steamed Chinese Broccoli, and Coconut Cake and Fruit Sorbet for Dessert. THE PRESS CLUB GRILL

Open Christmas Eve , The Press Clube Grill will be offering an $85 prix-fixe meal including Freshly Baked Sourdough Rye Bread: Cultured Butter, Caraway Salt; Manhattan Style Lobster “Chowder” Clams, Shrimp, Bacon, Parker House Rolls; Roast long Island Duck Root Vegetable Farro, Amarena Cherry Sauce; Honey Mustard Glazed Heritage Ham Swiss Chard, Roasted Parsnip, Pineapple Chutney; Beef Bourguignon Bacon, Pearl Onions, Mushrooms, Mashed Potatoes; and more. Desserts include Egg Nog Crème Brulée.
