In honor of of Valentine’s Day, Dominique Ansel Bakery in SoHo will be turning its entire counter pink. That includes pink versions of all of its cakes with ingredients like pink champagne, raspberry Chambord, pink guava, fresh strawberries, pink Himalayan salt, crystalized rose petals, and more.
Also this month, Dominique Ansel is offering a pink version of its very popular Cronut® filled with lychee and mascarpone cream. The Cronuts® tend to sell out by late morning/early afternoon, so if you are planning a visit, the mornings are your best chance of snagging one. There is also a limit of 2 per guest.
