The Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge at the Moxy NYC Times Square Hotel has officially debuted its new seasonal pop-up – Magic Hour Surf Club – which will remain open through September.

The all-season rooftop bar has been transformed into a retro beach destination, decked with cabana-style seating, beach chairs, surfboards, sunflowers, and a vintage Volkswagen bus – perfect for photo moments with the Empire State Building as the backdrop.

Further, the bar’s putt-putt area (formerly known as the Pink Bunny Beach and Pink Pumpkin Patch), is now named Sandy Boots Beach, featuring a western rustic charm in honor of the coastal cowgirl trend of the season.

In addition, new cocktails & shareable dishes, happy hour offerings (weekly live DJs, and weekend party brunches are now available. Among the highlights are

This Ain't Texas, a frozen margarita with Volcan Blanco Tequila, lime, agave & Vita Coco Coconut Water (choice to add: spicy, mango, or passionfruit) served in a cowboy boot vessel; If You Like Pina Coladas, which is made with Su Casa Mezcal, pineapple, and Vita Coco Coconut Water; and the 2 Foot Long Coney Island Hot Dog, a shareable hot dog for up to 4 people topped with yellow mustard, relish, a and sauerkraut.
