Marcus Samuelsson and West Elm Bring Dining and Design Together in NYC

From November 1 to December 31, 2024, celebrated chef Marcus Samuelsson teams up with West Elm to introduce a unique dining experience at Hav & Mar in Chelsea. Available exclusively on OpenTable, guests can enjoy a three-course meal at a custom-designed table featuring Samuelsson's new home furnishings line.
The meal begins with enticing starters like Salmon Crudo, topped with tomato aguachile and pickled Asian pear, and an Autumn Salad with delicata squash and pomegranate. For mains, diners can savor Citrus Roasted Chicken with miso-grilled mushrooms and Banana Leaf Snapper paired with coconut rice and salsa verde. The side of Brussels Sprouts in a soy-honey glaze and the Spiced Apple dessert with bourbon caramel complete the culinary journey.
Priced at $85 per person, the Marcus Samuelsson + West Elm Hav & Mar Dining Experience offers two nightly seatings for small groups, blending style and flavor in one memorable evening.
