The owner of Jimmy's Corner, a popular Time Square bar, has died at the age of 89. According to reports, former boxing trainer Jimmy Glenn, who helped train such greats as Muhammad Ali, died from complications due to COVID-19 Thursday at NYU Langone. A makeshift memorial set up outside the bar included some tulips and a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon. The bar like many other Midtown establishments had been closed due to the pandemic. He will be missed.
