Roasted Cauliflower is stealing the show at KYU which has sold more than 750,000 to date at its locations in New York and Miami. It is served with shishito pepper vinaigrette, over goat cheese and garnished with shiso, myoga, and maldon sea salt and olive oil. 1% of sales are donated to 1% For The Planet.
