Unconventional, popular, and casual Williamsburg wine bar, Sauced (331 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn) is taking patrons on a journey through New Orleans, courtesy of a food and wine collaboration with Alligator Pear’s Executive Chef, Dominick Lee, a NOLA-native. Alligator Pear opens early Summer 2023 in Manhattan’s Garment District. The food and wine pairing pop-up menu will be available for one night only on May 17th, 5:00 pm until midnight. Walk-ins only.
