Restaurant Yuu from Chef/Owner Yuu Shimano has launched an eight-seat Wine and Cheese Bar adjacent to the L-shaped chef’s tasting counter. The creative and playful atmosphere adds a new dimension to the restaurant by making it a destination for pre- or post-dinner drinks.

Guests can ejoy wine and sake by the glass as well as Japanese whisky, selected by newly-appointed Sommelier Alex Chung. Accompanying the beverages is a well-curated cheese selection that will include a 26-month Comte, Chabichou, and Mimolette.

The cheese is served as a selection of 3 cuts or as part of a Grand Cheese Plate to go along with Donut Peach Jam and Dry Fruit Bread made in house daily by Executive Pastry Chef Masaki Takahashi.
