NYLO Fitness and Lifestyle Studio Opens in Tribeca

NYLO, a revolutionary fitness and lifestyle design studio, has opened at 279 Church Street. Co-founders Sean Cronin and Elena Sokina focus on having the studio’s clients facilitate natural systems of movement, nutrition, and mindful relationships in order to build strength and resilience
After entering the space, members can browse an array of sustainable, organic products from local producers for purchase, along with the option to sign up for seasonal farm deliveries filled with healthy nutritious food to enjoy at home. Products will be sourced from local regenerative farmers and include fruits, vegetables, meat, and honey.
Meanwhile inside the private training studio -- an open space with barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, bamboo bars, and manual cardio machines, clients will be allowed one a time, for 60 or 90-minute sessions, with NYLO trainers. Their goal will to be create a lifestyle design that will build new behaviors and a lifestyle that encourages clients to make those behaviors stick.
