New "Japanese Sake" Dinner Series to be held at 3 Top NYC restaurants

JFOODO (Japan Food Products Overseas Promotion Center) is launching its first-ever dinner series, "Discover New Harmonies with Japanese Sake," in collaboration with renowned NYC restaurants l'abeille, Sereneco, and Kru. This series aims to showcase the versatility of Japanese sake with innovative, non-traditional food pairings, inviting food lovers to explore how sake can complement various cuisines.
Key Events:
Japanese Sake Pairing Nights at l'abeille at 412 Greenwich St (Oct 24 & 25) $185 per guest hosted by sake expert Chris Johnson ("The Sake Ninja") featuring a multi-course menu paired with curated sakes. (Tickets)
Highlights inclue:
Marinated Horse Mackerel & Sesame paired with Masumi, Junmai Ginjo "Shiro"
Crab Croquette, Kimchi Sauce Vierge & Herb Salad paired with Kokuryu, Junmai "Nine Headed Dragon"
Basque Cheesecake with Lemon Purée paired with Heavensake, Junmai Daiginjo "Tatenokawa"
