Nina’s x Liquid Lab. a new cocktail lounge located inside the chic NoMo SoHo Hotel (9 Crosby Street), will officially open on December 16. The famous craft cocktail team Liquid Lab NYC, lead by cofounders Gregory Lucas and Parker Boase, have created a living gallery featuring the craft of art-inspired cocktails, combined with live DJ performances and art from graduates of The New York Academy of Art.
The lounge’s specialized rotating, seasonal cocktail list will continue to evolve as the art in the space gets updated throughout the year, but all the drinks utilize fresh, curated ingredients, modern and classic spirits, and unique specialty garnishes.
Current signature cocktails include the SoHo Confidential made with Reposado Tequila, Passion Fruit, Lime, Red Bell Pepper Puree and Agave; Absinthe it All with Absinthe, Gin, Lillet Rose, Lemon and Elderflower, served in coupe with an ice sphere infused with an edible flower inside; and Frieda’s Flowers made with Blanco Tequila, Cucumber, Guava, Lime and Chamomile Syrup, served on the rocks with edible Pansies inside. Meanwhile, guests will be able to order small plates from Nomo Kitchen with a new dedicated bar bites menu coming soon.
