Online wine retailer Parcelle now has a new home on the Lower East Side. It’s a place where you can grab a great bottle of wine, and get some expert advice along with a quick bite, or an entire meal.
Overlooking the bustling intersection at Canal and Ludlow, Parcelle’s downtown location bridges its e-commerce business with a thoughtful in-person experience. During the day, guests can swing by to interact with seasoned wine professionals (with floor experience from New York City favorites such as King, Pasquale Jones and Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare) and taste a wide variety of wines in a relaxed setting.
In the evenings, Parcelle offers bar and restaurant service with a wine list of over 500 selections, including rare finds, all available for purchase through its website for at-home delivery the next day. Chef Ron Yan offers select bar snacks to enjoy alongside wine Mondays and Fridays with heartier à la carte dishes (and a prix fixe dinner set) Tuesday through Thursday. Rotating by-the-glass options mirror the unique wines featured in Wine Drop, Parcelle’s monthly subscription program.
Outfitted by New York-based designer Paul Renwick with furniture from vintage designers like Gio Ponti, De Sede and Verner Panton, Parcelle’s new Lower East Side spot is the perfect spot for quick meetings and celebratory meals or can be easily transformed for private wine-focused events such as tastings or parties.
Parcelle is located at 135 Division St, New York, NY
