It might just be the perfect holiday gift for that pet lover in your life. Grand Army Bar is teaming up with local artist Matt Timms (of All the Bad Cats) for two evenings of live painting this weekend.
Guests can bring a digital image of their pet for Timms to draw and paint into a custom portrait to take home that evening. Paintings are 6" x 6" and $80 each (payable that evening via Venmo). Space is limited and paintings will be done first come, first serve.
Each painting takes about 30 minutes. Guests are encouraged to hang out for a drink and a bite while he works his magic. The bar is kid-friendly with a variety of tables that are suitable for kids.
When: Thursday 12/2, 5pm - 11pm and Sunday 12/5, 5pm - 11pm
Grand Army Bar is located at 336 State Street, Brooklyn NY
