Fat-washed spirits and sweet-meets-spicy flavor combinations will be evident in drinks like, Felix (mezcal, expressed orange, and a cucumber-lime-tajin ice cube), Aileen (tequila blanco, guava, lime, cointreau, habanero ice cube), and Philomena (prosecco, watermelon rose ice cube).

The bar’s name pays homage to co-founders Kyle and Sean O’Brien’s Great Aunt Philomena who was known as the "life of the party." Philomena’s will be open seven days a week for dinner, with 75 indoor seats.

Philomena’s is located at 790 Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
