Carnegie Diner’s Stathis Antonakopoulos of Midtown’s Carnegie Diner has opened Pizza & Shakes (209 W 57th St, NYC) just steps away. The restaurant is offering customizable individual pies in two minutes time in a fun atmosphere.
Pizza combinations include the Columbus Circle made with the shop’s signature tomato basil sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, and Hot Honey sauce, along with The Swift topped with spicy tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, and Nashville hot sauce. Pizzas are priced at just under $12.00. Pizza Dogs, jumbo hot dog wrapped in pizza dough with mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce are also available.
