Queensyard, Bluebird London reopening in New York City

Two high-end restaurants are reopening in New York City. queensyard is set to open on Wednesday, November 18th at Hudson Yards, while Bluebird London in The Shops at Columbus Circle opened its doors on on Friday, November 13th. Both restaurants offer breathtaking views from their main dining rooms.
queensyard is set alongside Heatherwick Studio’s Vessel while Bluebird London overlooks Columbus Circle and Central Park. The restaurants’ menus were created to highlight a touch of British flair with tweaks that appeal to New Yorker's tastes.

Menu highlights for queensyard include fresh seafood such as the Oysters on a Half Shell, Prawn Cocktail, and London Gin Cured Salmon as well as seasonally inspired dishes like the Fall Truffle Risotto. Bluebird London’s new Executive Chef has created a menu to highlight his across-the-sea roots including a Spatchcocked Poussin and Vegetable Curry. Both restaurants also honor their home with iconic dishes like Fish & Chips and a Lancashire Lamb Hot Pot. Open to the public and available for private events, queensyard and Bluebird London offer incomparable spaces for any occasion.
