On May 19th, ROOF at Park South will host a Black Moon Party from 8:00 pm to 11:55 pm. A Black Moon is the first night of the year when the moon does not light up the sky; however, ROOF at Park South will be providing glow sticks so their guests can create their own light during the dark night.

While celebrating this yearly occurrence, guests can enjoy a stunning unobstructed view of the Manhattan’s North-eastern skyline while nibbling on bites such as the Brisket Sliders, Margherita Pizza, and Shrimp Cocktail, among other options by Michelin-Star and James Beard Award-winning Chef Bryce Shuman (Sweetbriar, Betony, Eleven Madison Park).

While enjoying the cuisine, visitors may sip on cocktails by Beverage Director Ivan Papic (formerly of Balthazar, Pastis, and Macao Trading Co), such as their Famous Froze made with rosé, Singani 63, raspberry simple syrup, lime; Bee's Knees with fords gin, honey lavender, lemon; and What She's Having, a mix of Dos Hombres Joven Mezcal, hibiscus pink peppercorn syrup, lime, and fever tree ginger beer.

Tickets are available via Resy, priced at $15.
