Hell’s Kitchen star and Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay is planning to bring Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips to Times Square, according to a published report.
Ramsay is quoted as saying, “Fish & chips was a staple for me growing up in the U.K., and I can’t wait to bring it to New York City. I love the vibrance, the energy of Times Square and the convergence of locals and visitors from around the world. There’s just no place like it!”
The restaurant, which already has locations in Orlando and Las Vegas, is known for its crispy cod, shrimp and fried chicken available in various combinations, as well as a Lobster & Shrimp combo and a Fishwich sandwich wrapped in warm naan bread.
The new restaurant is expected to be completed later this year and will be located at 1500 Broadway near 43rd Street in Manhattan.
