Restaurant Radar: Pollo Campero Comes to Midtown

Pollo Campero, a chicken chain with a global reach, is setting up shop near Herald Square.  The menu features fried or citrus grilled chicken with a recipe passed from generation to generation. The chain got its start in 1971 in Guatemala and is now in more than 16 countries. The restaurant already operates operates in Brooklyn and Queens.
