Review: Vibrant Mexican Flavors Shine Through at Brooklyn's Aleli

Fans of authentic Mexican cuisine will enjoy a meal at Aleli Mexican Restaurant in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The spacious interior may feel minimalist, save for a striking mural that adds a splash of color, but the real vibrancy here is on the plate.

The Shrimp Aguachile, Mexico’s spicier take on ceviche, is a must-try. No meal is complete without one of Aleli's expertly crafted margaritas, whether you prefer the classic or tropical variations like mango, tamarind, or passion fruit. They’re also available by the pitcher for a group affair. Mezcal lovers will appreciate the smoky kick in the La Torno, made with grapefruit, honey, and chile de árbol for a touch of spice.
