Rooftop Reds Opens for Season at Brooklyn Navy Yard

For a taste of Brooklyn grown wine head to the picturesque Rooftop Reds, the borough's first rooftop vineyard. Now in its 9th growing season, visitors can get a taste of exclusive rooftop wines as well as wines from the Finger Lakes region. Upcoming events include a wine tasting on April 22nd. Four New York State and world natural wines will be provided in 3-ounce pours, paired with cheeses from Brooklyn's own Crown Finish Cheeses and snacks from The Migrant Kitchen ($65pp). Each Guest will also receive a potted Cabernet Sauvignon vine from the rooftop vineyard. Pizza Wine Movie Nights will also be held through the season.
Rooftop Reds is located at 299 Sands Street, Brooklyn Navy Yard, Building 275. Reservations required. Must be 21 or older.
