Sandro’s Launches new Roman-Style Paninis

Sandro's, known for its Italian specialties on the Upper East Side staple, is now offering Roman-style paninis that have been selling out daily. Founded by Chef Sandro Fioriti, the menu draws inspiration from his native Umbria and his time spent training in Rome. Inspired by the classic street foods of Rome, Sandro’s new additions are a testament to the family’s passion for simple, high-quality cuisine.

Offerings include Prosciutto with 24-month aged prosciutto, pecorino cream, arugula, and EVOO; Porchetta with roasted potato cream; Toscana with Tuscan Finocchiona with arugula and pecorino cream; Super Mortazza with Mortadella, pistacchio pesto crumble, and straciatella cheese; and Burrata with prosciutto, burrata, basil pesto and Calabrian chili pepper spread.
