Situated on a vibrant stretch of Madison Avenue, Serafina has opened its first fine-dining restaurant at the NH Collection Hotel in Murray Hill. It is the most luxurious location yet, since the Serafina group first opened in NY since 2021. Located on the hotel’s main floor, the restaurant is accessible from the lobby and its Madison Avenue main entrance.
The restaurant will be serving its signature pizzas like All’Uovo with tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto di Parma, sliced tomatoes & one egg; Norcina with tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms & spicy sausage; and Di Vittoria with fresh burrata, tomato, basil & prosciutto di Parma.
Other offerings include grilled Faroe Islands Salmon, Branzino in white wine sauce & cherry tomatoes, and Porterhouse Fiorentina, a 20-ounce Angus Porterhouse served with rosemary fingerling potatoes. Cocktails come with names like Paloma Italiano (Casamigos Reposado Tequila, Amaro Montenegro, Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, Organic Agave), and the Sicilian Negroni (Amaro dell’Etna from Sicily, Campari, Hendricks Gin).
