It’s a line made famous in the 1956 Bond flick, “Diamonds Are Forever.” Now the phrase, “Shaken Not Stirred” is an attention-grabbing spot in Lenox Hill.

The new 50-seat cocktail bar is TV free to keep attention on the 14 intriguing cocktails formulated by owner Ertan Kudsil. The drinks feature 20 house-made organic mixers and syrups that utilize five different sizes and shapes of ice.

The drinks are complemented by an Asian-accented menu that ranges from Scallop Crudo with Cucumber and Crispy Rice with Bluefin Tuna to Hot Honey Ricotta with Salami on Sourdough, and a House Ground Burger with Oyster Mushrooms and Caramelized onions.

Some of the cocktails are also food enhanced like the honied mascarpone lavished sourdough toasted tableside that accompanies the Butter Bourbon, or a mini crème brulée that complements the Second Chance made with rum and milk punch.

The sophisticated space with black marble tables coupled with plush leather banquettes and silver-tiled bar offer hits of art deco. And while there is a distinctly adult, decidedly sexy feel, it icomes atrelatively tame neighborhood prices.

Shaken Not Stirred is located at 1113 1st Ave (61st St and 1st Ave). New York, NY. For more information, visit shakennotstrirrednyc.com
