Side Trips: Head Upstate for Independence Day Feasts

To celebrate Independence Day, Twin Star Orchards is throwing their famous Pig Roast on July 6 (tickets). Clock Tower Grill in Brewster, NY (90 minutes from NYC) in Hudson Valley is a dining destination that celebrates the best of local ingredients.
