Silky Kitchen opens in Midtown

Silky Kitchen, a fast-casual Chinese spot, now has a location on West 46th Street in the heart of Times Square. The restaurant, known for its fiery Hunan flavors, has a sleek modern design.
Look for dishes like Chairman Mao's Braised Pork, Stir-fried Pig Trotters, Spicy Squid, Braised Pork Ribs with Black Beans, and Pork with Pickled Mustard Greens. All of the bowls as served with rice, soup or dry noodles and come with assorted vegetables. Four types of dumplings are also available. Diners can choose their spice level from mild to extra spicy.
