Smashed is offering a Special Birria Burger for Cinco de Mayo

Smashed (177 Orchard Street) is offering a limited edition birria burger through Thursday 5/5.
For the birria burger, a smashed 100% beef patty is topped with Oaxaca cheese, shredded stewed beef, cilantro, diced onions, pickled onions, and Taco Taco jalapeño sauce. It is accompanied by a bowl of consommé spiked with pasilla chilies, garlic, onion, cumin, bay leaf and oregano for dipping. ($12 single patty, $14 double patty.)
Taco Taco is Smashed's sister concept - a taco spot coming soon to 590 Fulton Street at the Ashland.
