Smorgasburg to hold Smorgasburger Event at Prospect Park

Smorgasburg Prospect Park will be the scene of the first ever Smorgasburger at Breeze Hill in Prospect Park. Burger expert and author George Motz will be popping up to make his signature onion burger alongside several other awesome burger vendors.

Several of the vendors will also be doing one-day-only burger specials - here's the list!

@smashednyc exclusive for the day: jalapeño bacon jam, cream cheese bacon sauce, pepper jack + applewood bacon (vegan burgers available)

@duckseasonnyc exclusive for the day: Angus beef duck fat burger on brioche bun with duck confit, crispy duck skin, gem lettuce and smoked duck fat mayo, plus win your own jar of duck fat
