Sobre Masa’s Tortilleria Expands in Bushwick

Zack and Diana Wangeman Sobre Masa Tortilleria is now offering daily house-made Mexican pastries, a full espresso bar serving Oaxacan coffee, and an assortment of Mexican groceries, along with its freshly made tortillas and salsas.
Menu items include Mexican pastries like orejas (also commonly known as palmiers), corn cookies and conchas with flavors like chocolate, almond and vanilla. There are rotating tamales like Mole Negro with chicken, Pork in salsa verde, Rajas & queso fresco, and Mushrooms in salsa roja. Specialty Mexican products include Oxacan coffee beans, corn husks, and vanilla extract, along with Mexican hot chocolate.
Located steps away from the Morgan L-train stop, the shop will be open from 7am to 3pm Tuesday through Saturday.
