Special Father’s Day Collab at Dominique Ansel Workshop

In honor of Father’s Day, Chef Dominque Ansel and Chef Stefano Secchi at Rezdora are teaming up with a special sandwich made just for dad.
It’s called My Dad, The Hero: a 5-hour slow braised Italian oxtail sandwich, with creamy Parmesan fonduta and salsa verde, on Chef Dominique's fresh-baked confit garlic rosemary ciabatta, all washed down with a Kiddo "Negroni" (non-alcoholic). Both chefs are proud papas and say this will be the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day.
The sandwich and drink ($28 for the set) will be available at Dominique Ansel Workshop (17 East 27th btw Madison & 5th) in Flatiron NYC over the Father's Day Weekend, Fri. June 16th-Sun. June 18th. Available from 8am until sold out.
